Why Postcards?

Real Estate Investors choose authentic postcards when trying to find Motivated sellers. It has been discovered that writing a simple authentic, handwritten note on a postcard had the best response.

However, there is one thing that is overlooked when searching for a good marketing piece that is not clearly defined. It’s the Postcard that is seen and “judged” before the postcard is read. It’s the Mini or 6x4.25 authentic handwritten real estate postcards that gets the highest response rate across all lists.  Specifically the yellow or white with doodles and highlights with a blue or black handwritten font. AND, if you add a variable or note on the postcard such as “Hi “First Name”, check out what’s inside” your rates will increase even more.

The Mini postcard is industry standard, although we have found that you can create authentic relationship building through many other types of postcards and letters. You can build trust by adding a simple logo and a family picture that makes your direct mail unique and memorable. This makes you look like a Mom & Pop company, not a corporation that is trying to buy up the town. It makes you look like you are there to help and sensitive to their needs, especially in distressed situations. Often times people think that it has to be a yellow letter. BUT, it’s not necessarily the yellow that is important. You can use any of our direct mailers. You can mix it up. The fact is… your sellers won’t decide to call you based on the color of the paper. They’ll call you based on what your content says.

We then CASS Certify your mail and run it through NCOA. Although we sell data like Distressed leads, we also allow you to upload your own data. In either case, we confirm that it is a legitimate address before it is mailed. AND, if that name comes back, or you get “yelled” at for mailing to someone, simply opt that record out of your list and it will be permanently removed from your data records even if you try to upload another list that has that record in it. You won’t be able to upload that record - saving you hundreds of dollars.
